**PROTON** is the **native** token of the ProtoFi protocol and can be freely bought or sold. PROTON allows investors to participate in the protocol by staking in our pools, generating continuous interest which is paid out constantly at every block. Moreover, **the PROTON token is the sole way to obtain the ELECTRON token, which represents the equivalent of a share in the ProtoFi protocol.**\
